Requirements
Recent graduates with a good Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
High level of intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA) and/or a Masters degree will be an advantage
Must have completed the mandatory one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
Successful candidates will:
Gain cross-functional exposure by working across Research, Ratings and Consulting
Collaborate with experienced professionals on advisory and credit rating assignments
Serve as an industry analyst for assigned sectors, including:
Preparing industry research reports within agreed timelines
Monitoring and analysing key developments within assigned industries
Preparing Agusto Market Intelligence (AMI) reports quarterly
Preparing client-specific research reports
Support the consulting team on various bespoke client engagements
Training faculty and logistics support during learning programmes and campaigns.
